Although the Timberwolves lost Kevin Love, they did acquire one of the most exciting players in this years draft. With all the hype and potential surrounding Andrew Wiggins, fans are hopeful that the future will be promising. With that, and the addition of Anthony Bennett and Thaddeus Young the franchise has broken ticket sales records, with over 300 full-season packages being sold. This breaks the previous record back in 2011 when Ricky Rubio joined the team. Hopefully the fans get their money’s worth and the new trio can live up to the expectations and revive basketball in Minnesota.
